Passed Hors D'oeuvres

"Boneless fried chicken with honey mustard dip served in newspaper cones"

*Roasted aged tenderloin of beef
"crusted with reggiano parmigiano, carmalized garlic and lemon zest laced with barolo wine demi glace, served with steamed asparagus with olive oil and sea salt and whipped yukon potatoes with asiago"
